Branch Manager needed for a Recruitment Company that specialise within the Education sector

Salary: £35K to £40K + Commission

Location: Nottingham

We are looking for a Branch Manager ideally with a background in Education recruitment to join our client in their Nottingham Branch. You will have a proven track record of managing a team and conducting consultant 121’s, appraisal meetings and performance management. The ideal candidate will have recruited, trained and mentored both consultants and rookies to become high achieving consultants. Alongside your management duties you will be required to bring on new business, develop clients relationships and develop your own desk.
